Day 1: Hometown - Miami (Optional Night Tour)

Thanks for choosing your vacation with us! Guests will meet our tour guide at the baggage claim area at MIA/FLL, Miami ferry port (POM), or Fort Lauderdale ferry port (POE) and are able to take the free scheduled shuttle bus to hotel. Enjoy some free time for the rest of your day or enjoy shopping at either Aventura Mall or Dolphin Mall (shopping time from 12 PM to 8 PM, transportation fee $20/person/one way).

For guests who arrive before 3:00PM at MIA airport, or 4:00PM at FLL airport, you are invited to choose from two options to experience nightlife in the South Florida. (Self-expense. To arrange the tour, we need minimum 2 people registered.)

a) Fort Lauderdale's Dinner & Show Cruise, Tuesday - Sunday, December thru August / Wednesday - Sunday, September thru November: 6:00 pm – 10:00 pm, 4-hour luxury experience with complimentary transfer. (No tour escort on the cruise.)

Fully narrated cruise down the "Venice of America," Fort Lauderdale's New River, sailing through Millionaire's Row with homes of the Rich and Famous, spectacular Mega Yachts, and sights beyond belief. When you arrive at our tropical isle, you'll be treated to an All-You-Can-Eat Dinner featuring barbeque baby back ribs, chicken, peel & eat shrimp and all the fixin's. Live entertainment during dinner, and a laugh out loud variety show after dinner. Be sure to take a few minutes to tour our beautiful tropical isle with lush foliage, exotic animals, and yummy soft serve ice cream at our gift shop.

b) Miami South Beach Night Tour

Our night tour will include two hotspots of the fashion insiders' favorites: Lincoln Road and South Beach. Lincoln Road is one of the most famous pedestrian road and most attractive neighborhood. With a backdrop of lush trees, you will see a great many cinemas, boutiques, pubs, Hukah bars, Bikinis as well as street vendors of all kind. The casual and modern atmosphere will be an unforgettable memory for everyone! South Beach is the best and most famed beach of the America. Within miles of the oceanfront avenue, there are countless bars, restaurants, clubs, boutiques, and luxury hotels. Abundant activities have attracted lots of party-people to come here, making South Beach known as a party beach of Miami. With swaying palm trees by warm breeze, we will bring you to take a glimpse of the thriving nightlife.

By the night, guests can sign up for an optional night tour at South Beach, where known as an oceanfront playground offering non-stop nightlife with the pulsating worlds of music, iconic bars and swaying palms. (Night tour is available with at least 2 enrolled guests of arrival before 6PM.)

Pick Up Notes:

1.Complimentary pick-up service is available between 10 AM and 10  PM  for MIA/FLL.

Day 2: Everglades National Park - Downtown Miami

Guests will arrive at the biggest conservation zone in USA, the Everglades National Park where you can take an everglades airboat to explore natural wonders and watch rare animals show. Guests will also get a chance to watch how to catch alligators on site.

Next, you can appreciate the “City Beautiful”, Coral Gables, where described as an “International Residential Museum”. It stands out for its planned community that blends the wide tree-lined avenues, exotic mansions in Mediterranean Revival architectural style and historical landmarks such as the world-famous Biltmore Hotel and the Venetian Pool, both built in the 1920s. The picturesque Biltmore Hotel is backdrop of a renowned 18-hole golf course.

Furthermore, Little Havana, the famous Cuban area attracts large groups of tourists from all over the world. You can visit Cuban cigar workshops and take a sip of Cuban coffee.

In addition, tourists can take a cruise sightseeing around the Biscayne Bay which set off from the Bayside Marketplace. This cruise takes you by the homes of some of the world's "rich and famous" (called Millionaire's Row), along the stunning Miami Skyline as well as overlooking the America’s second largest financial hub of the downtown Miami and more. Tourists will be impressed by the famous sea south beach with white sand, the clear blue water, and gorgeous scenery.

Yet there's more - the art deco street known as the No.1 district of Deco architecture with colorful buildings and a villa formerly owned by the well-known Italian fashion designer Versace.

Day 3: Key West

It is 170 miles from Miami to Key West through 32 islands and 42 bridges. It is also known as “Duck Island” because of its shape, and also the international Key West Film Festival was held here every year! World famous Seven-Mile Bridge is another highlighted attraction here. It takes eight years to complete and is quite famous for the magnificent scenery. The former California governor Arnold Schwarzenegger’s movie “True Lies” was also filmed in Key West. The amazing scenery along the south nation and colorful beaches will make you feel in a fairy land. Here guests can take pictures with its landmark “the edge of the sky, the rim of the sea”. The next famous stop is the home of the former residence---Nobel Prize winners Hemingway. After that, tourists can buy some souvenirs in local stores. On the way back to hotel, guests will have a chance to see the fabulous sunset.

Day 4: Sawgrass Mills Outlet - Seminole Hard Rock Casino

After breakfast, we will head to the second largest shopping mall in Florida -- Sawgrass Mills Mall, away from Miami for 40 miles. This is the one of the largest outlets and value retail shopping destination in the world, with the 2-mile main area, over 400 brand stores, and lots of restaurants and places of entertainment. After lunch, you could keep shopping at the Sawgrass Mills, or following the group leave for Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, the largest casino in the south of Florida (about 3 hours). Gathering Time: 5:30PM for the guests in Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino (gather at the ground of the casino). 6:00PM for the guests in Sawgrass Mills Mall.

Day 5: Lion Country Safari - West Palm Beach - Fort Lauderdale - Home

In the morning, guests will have chance to experience the real wild life here. This park is also claimed to be the first 'cageless zoo' in the United States. After, we will go to West Palm Beach. West Palm Beach is 70 miles distance from the north of Miami connected to the Palm Beach by cross-sea Bridge. Palm Beach is viewed as American “Riviera” which has 47 miles long coastline, thousands of restaurants, sea-view mansions, luxury hotels, over 200 museums, 170 golf courses, in the romantic European artistic feeling. As "the city of culture in Florida", West Palm Beach has been the first one vacation place over 100 years, where American rich people escape from the winter and enjoy the beautiful scenery of Atlantic Ocean.

In addition, we will also see the Henry Morrison Flagler Museum from outside, which is known as Whitehall with 55- room in Palm Beach. When it was established in 1902, the New York Herald proclaimed that Whitehall, Henry Flagler's Gilded Age estate in Palm Beach, was more wonderful than any palace in Europe, grander and more magnificent than any other private dwelling in the world. Spend time at the Worth Avenue in Palm Beach, an upscale shopping district which was ranked as the one of the top 3 "Most Iconic" streets in America at 2013.

Afternoon, guests will go to the north of Miami - Fort Lauderdale “the city of boat in the world”. Then view the Venice of American ever-changing panorama of lush tropical foliage. There are homes of millions and luxury yachts now or formerly owned by Microsoft billionaires Paul Allen, Hollywood mogul Steven Spielberg, hot dog impresario Oscar Mayer, and H. Wayne Huizenga, the founder of Waste Management, Auto Nation, Blockbuster Video, and onetime owner of the Marlins, The Dolphins, and the Florida Panthers. We will play at the Fort Lauderdale Beach, one of the top ten beaches in America. At dusk, it is the end of your journey, and we will send you to the airport.

1. Customers departure from Miami International Airport (MIA), please book the fights after 7:00 PM.

2. Customers departure from Fort Lauderdale - Hollywood International Airport (FLL), please book the fights after 6:00 PM.

No City Pass

We DO NOT allow customers to use the CITY PASS to join the New York City sightseeing attractions included in this tour travel.

If you do purchase and bring a CITY PASS, the local Tour Provider will not supply the transportation service on the New York City sightseeing day. Please arrange your own transportation on that day.

Bus Arrangement

Usually only passengers in one same order will be arranged in the same tour bus, if you book the tour separately with your friends and your want to sit in the same tour bus, you need to inform us before departure, otherwise you may be arranged in different tour bus.

After submitting your reservation, your email inbox will receive your tour booking receipt immediately.

Within 24 to 48 hours of submitting your reservation, you will receive a confirmation email from us.

An E-ticket will send to you by email as your reservation details that are confirmed. We also will provide you with all detailed information about your tour on the E-Ticket that including confirmation number; name and contact information of Local tour provider for your convenience or re-confirmation purpose if re-confirmation is required.

To your proof of purchase, on the departure day please print your E-Ticket and present it with your valid photo ID.

Need To Book An Airline Ticket?

If you need to book an airline ticket, we highly recommend you do so when you receive confirmation of your tour reservation email or after.

Plan To Leave In Advance During The Trip?

Please note, in order of day to day itinerary is adjustable depending on tour start day. If you plan to leave in advance during the trip, please email / call us prior to departure date to re–confirm or on the departure day, ask your tour guide for the detail arrangement.

Pricing Policy

Within 7 days of departure date there is $100 penalty fees per person. If cancellation falls beyond 7 days of departure date, the $30 Amendment Fee will be applied, per person.

No – Shows on the tour departure date will be assessed a penalty fee (fees are dependent up the tour) per passenger, that will be paid in cash by the other participating travelers of the reservation. This is a mandatory fee to be collected by the tour guide in order to participate on the tour.

So, please think carefully before making your online reservation.

Child Rate

Child rates apply to those 0-12 years and using existing bedding with 2 full-paying passengers (regardless of ages). Please bring car seats with you for your infants during the tour.

Tour Itineraries Amendments

VIPBUSTOUR and Tour Providers constantly strive to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary, we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. Also, Tour Provides will try their best to make sure all the tour arrangements will be the same as planned. However, to ensure safe and secure tours, Tour Providers reserve the right to make amendments including altering, postponing and canceling tours due to weather, transportation, riot and many other uncontrollable reasons under very rare and special circumstances.

Tour Cancellation

Ten days before departure to cancel or rescheduled, we  need to deduct the fee that because of canceled flights and the cost of the hotel. After that, we will refund you a company check.

Before departure in the first three to ten days to cancel or rescheduled, we need to deduct 50% of the tour price and cancellation of flights, hotel expenses arising. After that, we will refund you a company check.

Within three days of departure to cancel or fail to attend, as a waiver, fares paid are not refundable.

Some tours may require a minimum number of people to operate. So Tour Providers reserve the right to cancel or re – schedule any tour departure in accordance with operation requirements or circumstances beyond its control. If cancellation is made any time prior to departure of the tour, the affected customer will be fully refunded to the passenger the amount it has receive for the tour booking or you can select to re – book the same or similar tour product as substitute. Please note that VIPBUSTOUR is not liable for any cancellation penalties incurred on any other travel arrangements including air tickets purchased separately from customers. We are not responsible for any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations. However, please keeping in mind that should this happen, but it would be under very special and rare circumstances because we will try our best to accommodate our customers travel needs.

Travel Insurance for your Travel

VIPBUSTOUR strongly recommends our customers to purchase insurance on medical, trip cancellation and baggage, etc. VIPBUSTOUR does not currently offer any travel arrangements. The tour products lists on VIPBUSTOUR.COM are operated by independent tour providers. We act as agent for providers of tours. Transportation, sightseeing and hotel accommodations. VIPBUSTOUR shall be exempt from any responsibility in the event of an accident resulting in, such as – loss or damage of properties, injury to people, death during trip, delays, irregularities or other occurrences beyond its control. All the settlement will ensue in accordance with rules set by airlines, hotels, buses etc. You agree that VIPBUSTOUR will not be liable for any costs or damages arising out of a dispute or disagreement between you and any participating provider or a third party for anything which is in any way related to this site or the use of information contained in this site and you hereby expressively waive any such claim against VIPBUSTOUR and its owner, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, parents, agents and representatives.

VIPBUSTOUR believe that due to the Cancellation Policy for your tour and the unexpected events that can possibly occur, your party would benefit from purchasing Travel Insurance for your reservation.

Passport and Visas on your Travel

You are responsible for obtaining any travel documents and / or verifying entry requirements necessary for each country of travel and / or transit on your selected tour itinerary. Entry laws differ with respect to traveler’s citizenship. VIPBUSTOUR cannot obtain personal travel documents for customers or assume responsibility for notice of countries current requirements. You are responsible for any expenses incurred as a result of delays or itinerary changes related to your lack of appropriate travel documents. You should strictly abide by the laws and regulations promulgated by the government of the visiting country, including but not limited to immigration and Customs Laws and Regulations. VIPBUSTOUR will not be responsible for any penalties due to your failure to abide by any regulations of the government of the visiting country.

Pricing , Amendment Fee, Cancellation and Refund Policy (For User)

Pricing :

Please be aware all prices are offered in the currency of United States Dollars. Prices may vary due to availability. For example, prices may increase during holidays. All prices are subject to confirmation.

Amendment Fee:

Any changes (example: departure date; pick up/departure location; tour, etc.) need to make after you successfully submit the order online, it will be charge a minimum $30 amendment fee (per change).

The $30 amendment fee also applies to such changes where an additional passenger is added no to an existing reservation. Seats will be confirmed within one to two business days. To cancel a customer from a reservation, the regular Cancellation Policy will apply.

The $30 amendment fee is a minimum tour change fee. If changes are too frequent and urgent, additional fees may apply to alter or change the tour in addition to $30 amendment fee. Paying the $30 amendment fee does not guarantee a change can and will be made.

To cancel a passenger free of charge from a reservation with promotions such as “Buy 2 Get 1 Free or Buy 2 Get 2 Free” within 7 days of departure date, please refer to the “Prices & Available Dates” tab of your product page for penalty fees from Pricing Policy. If cancellation falls beyond 7 days of departure date, a $30 amendment fee will be applied (Per Person).

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

All hotels and tour schedules are arranged ahead of time. So, NO REFUND for any person failing to appear on the day of departure.

No refund shall be given for any portions of the tour unused by the customer after departure of the tour regardless of any possible reasons.

Airfare is completely non-refundable and non-changeable for tours when airfare is inclusive.

Hotel extensions and Instant Confirmation products cannot be exchanged or refunded once it is confirmed.

We do not accept changing tour departure date if departing within 7 days.

All cancellations much be made directly with VIPBUSTOUR, not with providers.

Refund Method: all the refund will refund to your credit card or PayPal account. It usually takes 14 to 31 business days.

Offers are provided a confirmed only on an availability basis. Once confirmed, the reservation cannot be changed or removed without a Cancellation Fee. If cancellation of the free passenger is made at least 7 days before tour departure date that will be subject amendment fee $30.

Airport Transfers / Flight Information on you Tour

After you receive tour booking confirmation, your flight information must be provided in order for the airport transfer services to be arranged. * For the late provided flight information is at least 7 days before tour departure.

At our discretion, if flight information is not provided last minute, your reservation will be noted as a self transfer and no airport transfer services will be arranged. If you decide to self transfer to the tours’ first night’s hotel, please inform us at your earliest convenience. Urgent requests to reinstate airport transfer services will not be guaranteed. If a flight is delayed, VIPBUSTOUR / Local Tour Provider will attempt to arrange a later airport transfer service, however, this later service is not guaranteed. If an airport transfer service is not available and cannot be provided, all guests are responsible for self transferring to the tour’s first night’s hotel.

Airport Greet:

For The Domestic Flight Arrivals Traveler:

The tour guide will be holding a sign with your name at the baggage claim area. (Please go to the designated baggage claim area of the airline, even you don’t have any baggage. Please DO NOT go to any other baggage claim area)

For The International Flight Arrivals Traveler:

The tour guide will be holding a sign with your name at the customs exit. (Please walking out of the customs, because the tour guide CAN NOT walk into the international customs' baggage claim area)

Medical Conditions, pregnancy and Travel

If you have a medical condition or if you are pregnant and considering travel, you must consult with your doctor before you travel, especially if medical condition requires daily routine care, urgent care or your pregnancy is high – risk. You are responsible for disclosing any related information to us during the check – out process by adding special comments. You understand VIPBUSTOUR or Local Tour Provider is not in a position to provide any medical services or urgent care in the event such an action may be required. You are liable for any risks, incidences or consequences incurred during travel. We highly recommend that you purchase medical insurance and travel insurance before you travel

Disabilities and Travel

We embrace all people, regardless of colors or physical conditions. One of our goals is to provide free access and expand travel opportunities for people with special needs in the United States / Canada and abroad. We are exploring more travel products to accommodate this special population, however, not all the travel products we currently offer include special accommodations yet. So, you are responsible to verify with us before you book a tour to ensure that special arrangement can be made if it is required for your needs.

VIPBUSTOUR or Local Tour Provider is not liable for any incidences or consequences incurred during travel or complaints or lawsuits during or after travel due to your failure to inform us of your special needs. You also have the responsibility to re – confirm with us, after we reserve seats for you, that special accommodation will be provided per your request or not.
