Day 1: Washington - Corning Museum of Glass - Niagara Falls

 

 

 

 

 

Visit Corning Museum of glass, which currently has a collection of more than 45,000 glass objects, some over 3,500 years old. Watch hot glass making show.

Visit the magnificent Niagara Falls. Inside the Niagara Falls State Park, you can see the 3 beautiful falls including the American Falls, Horse Shoe Falls, and the Bridal Veil Falls. Return to the visitor center of Niagara Falls to see an IMAX movie called The Legends of The Falls, which cost $15 million to make.

After this you can choose to:

A. stay in the park to see more of the falls;

B. join the optional In-depth tour of Niagara, to see the Whirl Poor, and the Old Fort of Niagara. ($25/person including a $13 ticket of Fort Niagara).

A fascinating Naive American culture show will be presented to you in the evening. (Due to sun set time and the traffic restrictions, night view of the falls may be impacted in some summer days.)

Day 2: Upstate New York - Boston

 

 

 

 

 

Starting early from the hotel, take Maid of the Mist, a famous ferry on Niagara River. You will have a very exciting experience by seeing the fall in very close distance. Travel across Upstate New York to reach Massachusetts in the afternoon.

Arrive at Cambridge to visit the oldest campus in America, Harvard University. Do not forget to take pictures with the status of Mr. John Harvard. Also visit another Ivy League school MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology).

Boston city tour: stop at the Copley Square to see the old Trinity Church and the modern John Hancock building. Follow the Freedom Trail you can spot the Boston Common, the golden top Massachusetts State House and many other attractions. Take famous Boston lobster for dinner.

Day 3: Boston - Rhode Island - Plymouth Rock

 

 

 

 

 

In the morning, we are heading to the world famous Harvard University. Here, guests will be invited to visit its oldest campus district and have pictures with the Statue of Three Lies - Harvard Statue. Also, we have a chance to walk around the campus of Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and take pictures with its main building. For the rest of our Boston city tour, we will stop at old Trinity Cathedral and Hancock Building to take pictures for memory, meanwhile; we will pass by Boston Park, Swan Lake Park, Boston Athenaeum, and the Golden Dome of the State House to discover the culture of the city! Another fun will begin as soon as you board the cruise ship and enjoy a breathtaking view of the Boston harbor.

Later, we will go to the New England Aquarium. The New England Aquarium is distinguished by a four-story Giant Ocean Tank which features an underwater communications system and large windows to the ceiling, making visitors feel like being placed under the Caribbean sea with fabulous views of coral reef as well as hundreds of reef animals, including sea turtles, stingrays, eels and fish. In the meanwhile, you will also learn of treating and rehabilitating sea turtles here.

The next stop is the old Quincy Market. the old Quincy Market is opportune for strolling through, or to get a taste of the historical ambience as well as to pick out souvenirs among the assorted merchants and artisans.

After visiting the Quincy Market, guests will arrive the Breakers in the afternoon which is the Newport (Rhode Island)’ s most magnificent mansion! The Breakers mansion is not just one of the most famous, but is the largest and grandest of the several historical Newport "cottages" that dot the ritzy coastline. The four-story building is located on 14 acres of waterfront property. Many local stories will help guests review the splendid past of Vanderbilt’s family.

Day 4: Yale University - 5th Ave Shopping

 

 

 

 

 

Starting early in the morning, we will visit Yale University: view the Gothic Style old campus, learn the interesting history of this colonial school, see where students live and study, visit one of the most famous libraries in world on Yale campus (Only public campus can be visited during school exams).

Arrive at New York City in the afternoon. Stop at the Fifth Ave to shop in Bloomingdale’s, which is the high end store of Macy’ s. Macy’s is the biggest retail merchandise in the US.

Day 5: New York City Tour - Hometown

 

 

 

 

 

Our well organized tour will take you to reach the top of the most famous landmark of NYC, the Empire State Building, where you can see the full view of this amazing City. Cruise on Hudson River to see the Statue of Liberty and Brooklyn Bridge. Visit the old aircraft carrier the U.S.S. Intrepid, which was invested with 120 million dollars to become a famous air and space museum. Walk along Wall Street--the world’s financial center. See the Trinity Church, New York Stock Exchange and the symbolic Charging Bull. Visit the Metropolitan Museum--the biggest art gallery in world, Times Square, Madame Tussaud Wax Museum or Museum of Modern Art. Pass by the Fifth Avenue, Rockefeller center, United Nation headquarters, World Trade Center Site, Freedom Tower and so on.

 

When tour ends, you will be provided with free bus tickets to return Washington, DC (715 H Street At 7th St NW Washington, DC 20001).

We DO NOT allow customers to use the CITY PASS to join the New York City sightseeing attractions included in this tour travel.

If you do purchase and bring a CITY PASS, the local Tour Provider will not supply the transportation service on the New York City sightseeing day. Please arrange your own transportation on that day.

Bus Arrangement

Usually only passengers in one same order will be arranged in the same tour bus, if you book the tour separately with your friends and your want to sit in the same tour bus, you need to inform us before departure, otherwise you may be arranged in different tour bus.

After submitting your reservation, your email inbox will receive your tour booking receipt immediately.

Within 24 to 48 hours of submitting your reservation, you will receive a confirmation email from us.

An E-ticket will send to you by email as your reservation details that are confirmed. We also will provide you with all detailed information about your tour on the E-Ticket that including confirmation number; name and contact information of Local tour provider for your convenience or re-confirmation purpose if re-confirmation is required.

To your proof of purchase, on the departure day please print your E-Ticket and present it with your valid photo ID.

If you need to book an airline ticket, we highly recommend you do so when you receive confirmation of your tour reservation email or after.

Plan To Leave In Advance During The Trip?

Please note, in order of day to day itinerary is adjustable depending on tour start day. If you plan to leave in advance during the trip, please email / call us prior to departure date to re–confirm or on the departure day, ask your tour guide for the detail arrangement.

Within 7 days of departure date there is $100 penalty fees per person. If cancellation falls beyond 7 days of departure date, the $30 Amendment Fee will be applied, per person.

No – Shows on the tour departure date will be assessed a penalty fee (fees are dependent up the tour) per passenger, that will be paid in cash by the other participating travelers of the reservation. This is a mandatory fee to be collected by the tour guide in order to participate on the tour.

So, please think carefully before making your online reservation.

 

Child Rate

Child rates apply to those 0-12 years and using existing bedding with 2 full-paying passengers (regardless of ages). Please bring car seats with you for your infants during the tour.

Tour Itineraries Amendments

VIPBUSTOUR and Tour Providers constantly strive to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary, we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. Also, Tour Provides will try their best to make sure all the tour arrangements will be the same as planned. However, to ensure safe and secure tours, Tour Providers reserve the right to make amendments including altering, postponing and canceling tours due to weather, transportation, riot and many other uncontrollable reasons under very rare and special circumstances.

Tour Cancellation

Ten days before departure to cancel or rescheduled, we  need to deduct the fee that because of canceled flights and the cost of the hotel. After that, we will refund you a company  check.

Before departure in the first three to ten days to cancel or rescheduled, we need to deduct 50% of the tour price and cancellation of flights, hotel expenses arising. After that, we will refund you a company  check.

Within three days of departure to cancel or fail to attend, as a waiver, fares paid are not refundable.

Some tours may require a minimum number of people to operate. So Tour Providers reserve the right to cancel or re – schedule any tour departure in accordance with operation requirements or circumstances beyond its control. If cancellation is made any time prior to departure of the tour, the affected customer will be fully refunded to the passenger the amount it has receive for the tour booking or you can select to re – book the same or similar tour product as substitute. Please note that VIPBUSTOUR is not liable for any cancellation penalties incurred on any other travel arrangements including air tickets purchased separately from customers. We are not responsible for any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations.  However, please keeping in mind that should this happen, but it would be under very special and rare circumstances because we will try our best to accommodate our customers travel needs.

Travel Insurance for your Travel

VIPBUSTOUR strongly recommends our customers to purchase insurance on medical, trip cancellation and baggage, etc. VIPBUSTOUR does not currently offer any travel arrangements. The tour products lists on VIPBUSTOUR.COM are operated by independent tour providers. We act as agent for providers of tours. Transportation, sightseeing and hotel accommodations. VIPBUSTOUR shall be exempt from any responsibility in the event of an accident resulting in, such as – loss or damage of properties, injury to people, death during trip, delays, irregularities or other occurrences beyond its control. All the settlement will ensue in accordance with rules set by airlines, hotels, buses etc. You agree that VIPBUSTOUR will not be liable for any costs or damages arising out of a dispute or disagreement between you and any participating provider or a third party for anything which is in any way related to this site or the use of information contained in this site and you hereby expressively waive any such claim against VIPBUSTOUR and its owner, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, parents, agents and representatives.

VIPBUSTOUR believe that due to the Cancellation Policy for your tour and the unexpected events that can possibly occur, your party would benefit from purchasing Travel Insurance for your reservation.

Passport and Visas on your Travel

You are responsible for obtaining any travel documents and / or verifying entry requirements necessary for each country of travel and / or transit on your selected tour itinerary. Entry laws differ with respect to traveler’s citizenship. VIPBUSTOUR cannot obtain personal travel documents for customers or assume responsibility for notice of countries current requirements. You are responsible for any expenses incurred as a result of delays or itinerary changes related to your lack of appropriate travel documents. You should strictly abide by the laws and regulations promulgated by the government of the visiting country, including but not limited to immigration and Customs Laws and Regulations. VIPBUSTOUR will not be responsible for any penalties due to your failure to abide by any regulations of the government of the visiting country.

Pricing , Amendment Fee, Cancellation and Refund Policy (For User)

Pricing :

Please be aware all prices are offered in the currency of United States Dollars. Prices may vary due to availability. For example, prices may increase during holidays. All prices are subject to confirmation.

Amendment Fee:

Any changes (example: departure date; pick up/departure location; tour, etc.) need to make after you successfully submit the order online, it will be charge a minimum $30 amendment fee (per change).

The $30 amendment fee also applies to such changes where an additional passenger is added no to an existing reservation. Seats will be confirmed within one to two business days. To cancel a customer from a reservation, the regular Cancellation Policy will apply.

The $30 amendment fee is a minimum tour change fee. If changes are too frequent and urgent, additional fees may apply to alter or change the tour in addition to $30 amendment fee. Paying the $30 amendment fee does not guarantee a change can and will be made.

To cancel a passenger free of charge from a reservation with promotions such as “Buy 2 Get 1 Free or Buy 2 Get 2 Free” within 7 days of departure date, please refer to the “Prices & Available Dates” tab of your product page for penalty fees from Pricing Policy. If cancellation falls beyond 7 days of departure date, a $30 amendment fee will be applied (Per Person).

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

All hotels and tour schedules are arranged ahead of time. So, NO REFUND for any person failing to appear on the day of departure.

No refund shall be given for any portions of the tour unused by the customer after departure of the tour regardless of any possible reasons.

Airfare is completely non-refundable and non-changeable for tours when airfare is inclusive.

Hotel extensions and Instant Confirmation products cannot be exchanged or refunded once it is confirmed.

We do not accept changing tour departure date if departing within 7 days.

All cancellations much be made directly with VIPBUSTOUR, not with providers.

Refund Method: all the refund will refund to your credit card or PayPal account. It usually takes 14 to 31 business days.

Airport Transfers / Flight Information on you Tour

After you receive tour booking confirmation, your flight information must be provided in order for the airport transfer services to be arranged. * For the late provided flight information is at least 7 days before tour departure.

At our discretion, if flight information is not provided last minute, your reservation will be noted as a self transfer and no airport transfer services will be arranged. If you decide to self transfer to the tours’ first night’s hotel, please inform us at your earliest convenience. Urgent requests to reinstate airport transfer services will not be guaranteed. If a flight is delayed, VIPBUSTOUR / Local Tour Provider will attempt to arrange a later airport transfer service, however, this later service is not guaranteed. If an airport transfer service is not available and cannot be provided, all guests are responsible for self transferring to the tour’s first night’s hotel.

The tour guide will be holding a sign with your name at the baggage claim area. (Please go to the designated baggage claim area of the airline, even you don’t have any baggage. Please DO NOT go to any other baggage claim area)

For The International Flight Arrivals Traveler:

The tour guide will be holding a sign with your name at the customs exit. (Please walking out of the customs, because the tour guide CAN NOT walk into the international customs' baggage claim area)

Medical Conditions, pregnancy and Travel

If you have a medical condition or if you are pregnant and considering travel, you must consult with your doctor before you travel, especially if medical condition requires daily routine care, urgent care or your pregnancy is high – risk. You are responsible for disclosing any related information to us during the check – out process by adding special comments. You understand VIPBUSTOUR or Local Tour Provider is not in a position to provide any medical services or urgent care in the event such an action may be required. You are liable for any risks, incidences or consequences incurred during travel. We highly recommend that you purchase medical insurance and travel insurance before you travel

Disabilities and Travel

One of our goals is to provide free access and expand travel opportunities for people with special needs in the United States / Canada and abroad. We are exploring more travel products to accommodate this special population, however, not all the travel products we currently offer include special accommodations yet. So, you are responsible to verify with us before you book a tour to ensure that special arrangement can be made if it is required for your needs.

VIPBUSTOUR or Local Tour Provider is not liable for any incidences or consequences incurred during travel or complaints or lawsuits during or after travel due to your failure to inform us of your special needs. You also have the responsibility to re – confirm with us, after we reserve seats for you, that special accommodation will be provided per your request or not.
