Our professional tour guide will meet guests at the baggage claim area for the domestic flight, or at the Passenger Waiting Area for the international flight. (Passengers who arrive at Terminal 7, JFK please wait outside of the baggage claim area.)
Guests who arrive at JFK or LGA will be sent to Flushing in Queens and provided free left luggage so that you can go to Sky View Center much easily. Flushing is a safe and booming Asian commercial and retail area with many shopping and dining options. You will experience the distinctive Asian-American culture in a short time. For those who arrive at EWR airport, feel free to take our shuttle to the hotel and catch some rest. We also offer an exclusive add-on option for EWR guests who arrive before 12:00PM - Jersey Garden Outlets Mall Shopping for just $10 per person! Guest will visit the United States Military Academy at West Point, also known as West Point or The Academy, which is one of the oldest military academies. West Point is also the oldest continuously occupied military post in America which can date back to the Revolutionary War. We will arrange the tour led by the Academy’s official tour guide. (*Note: All foreign national visitors must provide and present a valid passport and visa. All U.S. citizens age 16 and older must provide and present their own valid photo identification. By stepping up to the Empire State Building Observation deck, guests could overlook the beautiful view of the central park and the entire of New York City. Empire State Building stood as the world's tallest building for nearly 40 years, and has been surpassed in late 1970. Its name is derived from the nickname of New York, the Empire State. Also, Guests will take a sightseeing cruise tour on the Hudson River to enjoy the city view from a totally different angle, as well as take pictures with the backdrops of Statue of Liberty and Brooklyn Bridge. In the morning, we will visit Philadelphia where known as the birthplace of American democracy. At the Independence National Historical Park, you will have a special moment of standing exactly where the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution were signed inside the Independence Hall. You also won’t miss the Liberty Bell which is recognized for its famous crack. Go beyond the iconic crack to learn how this State House bell was transformed into an extraordinary symbol. You will also see the Statue of Washington, Congress Hall, and many other great attractions.
Afterwards, we will head to Washington D.C. and visit the Lincoln Memorial. This grand monument overlooks the Reflecting Pool, the Washington Monument and the U.S. Capitol. Inside, the 19-foot marble statue of the 16th president is flanked by inscriptions of his Second Inaugural Address and the famous Gettysburg Address. We will also stop at the Vietnam Veterans Memorial and the Korean War Memorial. The two monuments honor members of the U.S. armed forces who fought in the wars. Next, we will go to Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum which is located on the National Mall (also known as the Capitol Hill). We will take a glance at the human aviation and space heritage as well as have a vision of space travel in the future through thousands of objects on display, including the 1903 Wright Flyer, Charles Lindbergh's Spirit of St. Louis, the Apollo 11 Command Module Columbia, and a lunar rock you can touch. Later we can take photos with backdrops of the White House and the U.S. Capitol due to the visit limitation for the public. The two buildings compose the nerve political center of Washington, D.C. and the nation. We will arrive at one of Fortune Global 500’s headquarter, Corning, to visit the Museum of Glass, which is dedicated to the history, art, and science behind glassmaking. Its collection contains more than 45,000 objects, some of which date back millennia. Guests here will be invited to enjoy the Hot Glass Show which is performed by professional glass craftsmen.
After lunch, we are going to see the renowned Niagara Falls. Overlooking American Fall, the Horseshoe Fall and the Bridal Veil Fall, you will be astounded by the deafening roar of the falls. It’s the combination of height and volume that makes Niagara Falls so beautiful. More than 6 million cubic ft. (168,000 cubic meters) of water goes over the crest line of the falls every minute during peak daytime tourist hours. Take the voyage on the famous “Maid of the Mist” which gets passengers as close as possible to the Niagara Falls! The Maid rides right into the mists thrown up by the roaring cascade as the Niagara River tumbles over the edge of the falls. (When Maid of the Mist closed in winter, another fun awaits you when fit in the tour schedule – an exclusive JetBoat ride on the Niagara River which makes the tour unforgettable and refreshing by playing in the whitewater rapids. *JetBoat tour will be closed under tough weather or river icy condition.) You can also optionally watch a Niagara IMAX movie which chronicles more than 12,000 years of history and examines human interaction with the falls from ancient time through the people - like you - who come to see them today.
Later you can choose either:
A. to stay in the Falls Park for self-exploration till returning the hotel, or,
B. to take Niagara Falls In-depth Tour (Tour fee: $25/person, including $13 of the admission ticket). This interesting and exciting tour includes two popular attractions: the magnificent natural wonder - Niagara Whirlpool State Park and the U.S. historic landmark - Old Fort Niagara. The Niagara Whirlpool’s greatest depth is 125 feet. It is estimated the whirlpool formed approximately 4,200 years ago by the upstream erosion of the Niagara escarpment by Niagara River. Old Fort Niagara is a rich historic landmark; it spans more than 300 years. Its commanding presence on the great lake caused it to play a critical role in the French and Indian War, the American Revolution and the War of 1812. The gorgeous Lake Ontario lies behind the Fort.
Upon the sunset, you will also watch a Thundering Water Cultural Show which is a sacred place for the local Native American people. This show uses dance as a storytelling medium through which to showcase the impact that the falls have had on native culture. (The completeness of night view on certain summer evenings may be limited or not available due to late sunset time and US Federal Government regulations on driving hours.) Later we will go to the hotel when night falls.

In the morning, guests will continue sightseeing in the Niagara Falls. We will cross the border to Canada through the Rainbow Bridge. You will also watch a dramatic 45-minute IMAX film which will further discover the culture and history of the Niagara Fall! Later, take the ride to the top of the Skylon Tower which is 775 feet above the falls! Relax and enjoy your meal at the 360 degree Revolving Dining Room.
After lunch, guests will arrive in Toronto - the largest city and financial center of Canada - in the afternoon. The CN Tower will be the first stop here for fabulous views of the city and Lake Ontario. It is Toronto’s famous landmark, the tallest freestanding structure in Canada, and also the most impossible to miss in our trip. The highest viewing area on the CN Tower is from the Sky Pod at 447 meters and a lower viewing area, the Glass Floor, offers a bird's eye view straight down over the city as visitors stand on a glass floor as the name suggests. We will also see the Ontario’s Provincial Parliament which completed in a Romanesque style in 1893 and then the modernist styled City Hall which consists of two arc-shaped high-rise blocks, 20 and 27 stories high respectively, whose stunning structure makes it another popular landmark. Next, Lake Ontario cruise offers gorgeous views of the city and vicinity from the waters. See the city of Toronto and vicinity in a new way! Around the evening, we will go to the historical Chinatown. It is one of the largest Chinatowns in North America, located in downtown Toronto, where you will find authentic Chinese food! If time allows, we will additionally visit Ripley's Aquarium of Canada.

Furthermore, experience the elegance and splendor of the Edwardian era at Casa Loma, the only full sized castle in North America and Toronto’s premier historic attraction. After a short stay, we will drive to the Montreal, known as “Paris of North America”, a French-speaking and second largest city of Canada. The famous Olympic Tower together with the Olympics stadium has become the symbol of the city. Quebec is the only fortified city in North America north of Mexico, with close to 4.6 km of walls and imposing gates to explore. Visit the Notre Dame de Quebec Basilica-Cathedral and you will see a large number of pieces of art. You will also have chance to take pictures with the world’s most photographed hotel Château Frontenac and the Parliament Building as well as enjoy an authentic French cuisine. After a short stay at duty-free stores, we will head to Boston, a cultural city rich in American history. The first stop will be the Harvard University at Cambridge, MA. Here, guests will be invited to visit its oldest campus district and take pictures with the Statue of Three Lies - Harvard Statue. Also, we have a chance to walk around the campus of Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and take pictures with its main building. For the rest of our Boston city tour, we will pass by old Trinity Cathedral, Hancock Building, Boston Athenaeum, Boston Park, Swan Lake Park, and overlook the Golden Dome of the State House. Another fun will begin as soon as you board the cruise ship and enjoy a breathtaking view of the Boston harbor. Furthermore, the old Quincy Market is opportune for strolling through, or to get a taste of the historical ambience as well as to pick out souvenirs among the assorted merchants and artisans. The Market was also surrounded by dozens of restaurants for dining option with a variety of authentic cuisines, and absolutely, you cannot miss the famous New England clam chowder. The trip will be completed at the Quincy Market around noon. Later guests will be sent to airports in Boston or in New York.

Within 7 days of departure date there is $100 penalty fees per person. If cancellation falls beyond 7 days of departure date, the $30 Amendment Fee will be applied, per person.
No – Shows on the tour departure date will be assessed a penalty fee (fees are dependent up the tour) per passenger, that will be paid in cash by the other participating travelers of the reservation. This is a mandatory fee to be collected by the tour guide in order to participate on the tour.
So, please think carefully before making your online reservation.
Child Rate
Child rates apply to those 0-12 years and using existing bedding with 2 full-paying passengers (regardless of ages). Please bring car seats with you for your infants during the tour.
Tour Itineraries Amendments
VIPBUSTOUR and Tour Providers constantly strive to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary, we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. Also, Tour Provides will try their best to make sure all the tour arrangements will be the same as planned. However, to ensure safe and secure tours, Tour Providers reserve the right to make amendments including altering, postponing and canceling tours due to weather, transportation, riot and many other uncontrollable reasons under very rare and special circumstances.
Tour Cancellation
Ten days before departure to cancel or rescheduled, we need to deduct the fee that because of canceled flights and the cost of the hotel. After that, we will refund you a company check.
Before departure in the first three to ten days to cancel or rescheduled, we need to deduct 50% of the tour price and cancellation of flights, hotel expenses arising. After that, we will refund you a company check.
Within three days of departure to cancel or fail to attend, as a waiver, fares paid are not refundable.
Some tours may require a minimum number of people to operate. So Tour Providers reserve the right to cancel or re – schedule any tour departure in accordance with operation requirements or circumstances beyond its control. If cancellation is made any time prior to departure of the tour, the affected customer will be fully refunded to the passenger the amount it has receive for the tour booking or you can select to re – book the same or similar tour product as substitute. Please note that VIPBUSTOUR is not liable for any cancellation penalties incurred on any other travel arrangements including air tickets purchased separately from customers. We are not responsible for any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations. However, please keeping in mind that should this happen, but it would be under very special and rare circumstances because we will try our best to accommodate our customers travel needs.

And you herein state that you have read and fully understood the content of all details and will not dispute against any part of it after your purchase.
Once you have completed your reservation, it is the customers’ responsibility to keep all contact information up to date.
Travel Insurance for your Travel
VIPBUSTOUR strongly recommends our customers to purchase insurance on medical, trip cancellation and baggage, etc. VIPBUSTOUR does not currently offer any travel arrangements. The tour products lists on VIPBUSTOUR.COM are operated by independent tour providers. We act as agent for providers of tours. Transportation, sightseeing and hotel accommodations. VIPBUSTOUR shall be exempt from any responsibility in the event of an accident resulting in, such as – loss or damage of properties, injury to people, death during trip, delays, irregularities or other occurrences beyond its control. All the settlement will ensue in accordance with rules set by airlines, hotels, buses etc. You agree that VIPBUSTOUR will not be liable for any costs or damages arising out of a dispute or disagreement between you and any participating provider or a third party for anything which is in any way related to this site or the use of information contained in this site and you hereby expressively waive any such claim against VIPBUSTOUR and its owner, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, parents, agents and representatives.
VIPBUSTOUR believe that due to the Cancellation Policy for your tour and the unexpected events that can possibly occur, your party would benefit from purchasing Travel Insurance for your reservation.
Passport and Visas on your Travel
You are responsible for obtaining any travel documents and / or verifying entry requirements necessary for each country of travel and / or transit on your selected tour itinerary. Entry laws differ with respect to traveler’s citizenship. VIPBUSTOUR cannot obtain personal travel documents for customers or assume responsibility for notice of countries current requirements. You are responsible for any expenses incurred as a result of delays or itinerary changes related to your lack of appropriate travel documents. You should strictly abide by the laws and regulations promulgated by the government of the visiting country, including but not limited to immigration and Customs Laws and Regulations. VIPBUSTOUR will not be responsible for any penalties due to your failure to abide by any regulations of the government of the visiting country.

Pricing :
Please be aware all prices are offered in the currency of United States Dollars. Prices may vary due to availability. For example, prices may increase during holidays. All prices are subject to confirmation.
Amendment Fee:
Any changes (example: departure date; pick up/departure location; tour, etc.) need to make after you successfully submit the order online, it will be charge a minimum $30 amendment fee (per change).
The $30 amendment fee also applies to such changes where an additional passenger is added no to an existing reservation. Seats will be confirmed within one to two business days. To cancel a customer from a reservation, the regular Cancellation Policy will apply.
The $30 amendment fee is a minimum tour change fee. If changes are too frequent and urgent, additional fees may apply to alter or change the tour in addition to $30 amendment fee. Paying the $30 amendment fee does not guarantee a change can and will be made.
To cancel a passenger free of charge from a reservation with promotions such as “Buy 2 Get 1 Free or Buy 2 Get 2 Free” within 7 days of departure date, please refer to the “Prices & Available Dates” tab of your product page for penalty fees from Pricing Policy. If cancellation falls beyond 7 days of departure date, a $30 amendment fee will be applied (Per Person).
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
All hotels and tour schedules are arranged ahead of time. So, NO REFUND for any person failing to appear on the day of departure.

No refund shall be given for any portions of the tour unused by the customer after departure of the tour regardless of any possible reasons.
Airfare is completely non-refundable and non-changeable for tours when airfare is inclusive.
Hotel extensions and Instant Confirmation products cannot be exchanged or refunded once it is confirmed.
We do not accept changing tour departure date if departing within 7 days.
All cancellations much be made directly with VIPBUSTOUR, not with providers.
Refund Method: all the refund will refund to your credit card or PayPal account. It usually takes 14 to 31 business days.

Offers are provided a confirmed only on an availability basis. Once confirmed, the reservation cannot be changed or removed without a Cancellation Fee. If cancellation of the free passenger is made at least 7 days before tour departure date that will be subject amendment fee $30.
Cancellation within 7 days of tour departure date are subject to the “Pricing , Amendment Fee, Cancellation and Refund Policy (For User)”
Further details about VIPBUSTOUR’s cancellation and refund practices are described in “Pricing, Amendment Fee, Cancellation and Refund Policy (For User)”. VIPBUSTOUR’s “Pricing, Amendment Fee, Cancellation and Refund Policy (For User)” are part of the agreement and you agree that you have read and have agreed to all its content before making your online reservation.
Airport Transfers / Flight Information on you Tour
After you receive tour booking confirmation, your flight information must be provided in order for the airport transfer services to be arranged. * For the late provided flight information is at least 7 days before tour departure.
At our discretion, if flight information is not provided last minute, your reservation will be noted as a self transfer and no airport transfer services will be arranged. If you decide to self transfer to the tours’ first night’s hotel, please inform us at your earliest convenience. Urgent requests to reinstate airport transfer services will not be guaranteed. If a flight is delayed, VIPBUSTOUR / Local Tour Provider will attempt to arrange a later airport transfer service, however, this later service is not guaranteed. If an airport transfer service is not available and cannot be provided, all guests are responsible for self transferring to the tour’s first night’s hotel.

The tour guide will be holding a sign with your name at the baggage claim area. (Please go to the designated baggage claim area of the airline, even you don’t have any baggage. Please DO NOT go to any other baggage claim area)
For The International Flight Arrivals Traveler:
The tour guide will be holding a sign with your name at the customs exit. (Please walking out of the customs, because the tour guide CAN NOT walk into the international customs' baggage claim area)
Medical Conditions, pregnancy and Travel
If you have a medical condition or if you are pregnant and considering travel, you must consult with your doctor before you travel, especially if medical condition requires daily routine care, urgent care or your pregnancy is high – risk. You are responsible for disclosing any related information to us during the check – out process by adding special comments. You understand VIPBUSTOUR or Local Tour Provider is not in a position to provide any medical services or urgent care in the event such an action may be required. You are liable for any risks, incidences or consequences incurred during travel. We highly recommend that you purchase medical insurance and travel insurance before you travel
Disabilities and Travel
We embrace all people, regardless of colors or physical conditions. One of our goals is to provide free access and expand travel opportunities for people with special needs in the United States / Canada and abroad. We are exploring more travel products to accommodate this special population, however, not all the travel products we currently offer include special accommodations yet. So, you are responsible to verify with us before you book a tour to ensure that special arrangement can be made if it is required for your needs.
VIPBUSTOUR or Local Tour Provider is not liable for any incidences or consequences incurred during travel or complaints or lawsuits during or after travel due to your failure to inform us of your special needs. You also have the responsibility to re – confirm with us, after we reserve seats for you, that special accommodation will be provided per your request or not.
