Day 1: Los Angeles - Fashion Outlet - Las Vegas

In the morning we will travel along Interstate 15 freeway, passing through the largest desert in North America: Mojave Desert. We will arrive at State Line “Fashion Outlet” to have lunch and quick shopping. In the afternoon we will check in at Stratosphere Hotel Casino in Las Vegas. At night you can join our exciting Vegas “night tour” for a fee. We will stay at Stratosphere Hotel for the night.

Mojave Desert: Largest desert in North America, crossing four states. On the way you will see the unique Joshua trees as well as the Pacific Railroad serving as the economic vein that connects the East Coast to the West Coast. You will also pass by the mysterious “Ghost Town” during the Gold Rush era and the world’s largest solar electric power plant invested by Google.

Las Vegas Night Tour:  Entire trip will be lead by our tour guide. You will visit Venetian Hotel& Casino’s in door “sky dome”, San Marcos Square, and man-made water canals. Next you will view the “volcano eruption” show in front of Mirage Hotel& Casino. Next you will go to Luxor Hotel & Casino and take the “tram” to the Excalibur Hotel & Casino. There we will stop to take pictures of MGM Grand Hotel & Casino, and “Statue of Liberty” at New York, New York Hotel & Casino. At last we will arrive at “Old Town” Las Vegas where everything first originated. Here you will enjoy the sights and sounds of live street band, immersing in party atmosphere, and view the world’s largest “electric sky dome show”. Finally we will go back to our hotel Stratosphere Hotel & Casino where you can go up to the 108th floor roof top for a breath-taking, panoramic, night view of this “sin city.”Entire night tour is four hours long.

1. Las Vegas Airport free transportation service only available at 1:30pm, other time please arrange your own transportation to hotel.

2. For those who will join the tour in Las Vegas, please wait at the Stratosphere Casino Hotel Las Vegas (Buffet  Area) at 3:30PM.

3. If you cannot be at Las Vegas by 4:30pm, please inform us and obtain the cell phone number of the tour guide. 

Day 2: Las Vegas - Grand Canyon (West) - Las Vegas

In the morning we depart heading towards Grand Canyon, one of 7 natural wonders in the world. There you will visit the famous “Eagle Point” landmark and pay a fee to go on the amazing, man-made “Sky Walk” if you choose to. Then travel to “Guano Point” landmark for an incredible view of the Grand Canyon. If you want the best view, you can pay a fee and take the popular “helicopter tour” flying over the entire, majestic canyon. Finally we will visit America’s largest water control project: The Hoover Dam, and get back to Vegas for short break. In the evening, we will arrive at St. George, Utah and stay overnight.

Hoover Dam: Situated at the border of Nevada and Arizona, Hoover Dam crosses the Colorado River. It is the largest dam in the United States, known as “the diamond in the desert”. Hoover Dam was built during the “great economic depression”, but created more than 5,000 jobs at the time. It was a mile stone achievement for US Water Works history and opened the gate for American Western frontier exploration.

Grand Canyon West Rim: One of the 7 natural wonders of the world is located in the Indian Reservation area. For centuries, the Hualapai Indian shave guarded this mystical land. Grand Canyon is 6,000 feet deep, with the Colorado River quietly flowing through at the bottom, giving it life. If you take the helicopter tour, different layers of rock formations about planet Earth’s age and history are unveiled right before your eyes like the Artist’s scroll! Day 3: Glen Canyon Dam - Antelope Canyon - Bryce Canyon National Park - SLCA

Colorado Plateau: The only desert plateau in the United States. After years of erosion from the Colorado River, some of the most stunning nature sceneries had formed here. Red Rocks, arches and mesas decorate this vase landscape with their brilliant colors.

Glen Canyon Dam, Lake Powell: Lake Powell is the second largest artificial water reservoir in the U.S. and it also marks the starting point of the Grand Canyon. See the depth of the Lake Powell as we travel across the Glen Canyon Dam.

Antelope Canyon: One of the most recognizable and famous natural landscapes in the world and a must see for photography enthusiast. Millions of years of flash flood and natural erosion gifted us these slot canyons, with their smooth wavy curves and gorgeous colors from the sand sandstone, it truly is a wonder of nature.

Bryce Canyon National Park: Famous for its hoodoo rocks, these sandstone columns in the canyon resemble all sorts of different strange creatures; putting both your imagination and your camera to work.

Day 4: SLC - Elko - Bonneville Salt Flats - Reno

In the morning, after the SLC city tour, tour will head west bound along the Lincoln Memorial Highway I-80, during which the visitors are able to see the largest basin in US west. After stop at Elko for lunch, the group will visit the Bonneville Salt Flats, which is considered as one of the best place to take wedding photos and Solar de Uyuni in North America. Stay overnight in Reno.

Hotel: Sand Regency Hotel or Similar                                                                   

Elko:  a primary town in northern Nevada for local economy, since the largest gold mine in USA located nearby. This city is called the capital of Nevada’s gold belt. Meanwhile, Elko is also the home of the annual National Cowboy Poetry Gathering, said festival is held each January for celebrating the life in the rural West, featuring poetry, music, stories, gear, film and food.

Bonneville Salt Flats: one of the prominent salt flats in west hemisphere, and considered as the twin sister of Bolivia’s Solar de Uyuni. The salt flats are natural wonders not only awe-inspiring, but also seem to be the great place to play with perspective. With reflections of surrounding mountain, clouds, especially constant bright sunshine, the Bonneville Salt Flats is a dreamland for photographer. Plus, this place is a perfect speedway for those racing cars, airplanes and aerospace shuttles to land and compete.

Reno: the largest small city in the world. Reno is considered as twin sister of Las Vegas and had a glorious history during the US Western expansion history.  Meanwhile, its fate, past and present, also represents the attitude of American people towards gaming industry, especially the gambling and entertainment industry. You are able to try your luck in Reno.                                                               

Day 5: Nimbus Fish Hatchery - Stone Lake Bird Sanctuary - Napa Valley - San Francisco

In the morning, the tour will drive into Northern California’s natural reserve to visit the Nimbus fish hatchery and Stone Lake bird sanctuary, where in you are able to catch some good pictures of migrating birds or salmon active in the streams. The highlight of the day is the Napa Valley, the most coveted wine tasting and visit a sightseeing place in Northern California. Stay overnight in San Francisco.

Hotel: Marriott/ Hampton Inn or Similar                 

Nimbus Fish Hatchery: Located in eastern Sacramento, this hatchery raises Chinook salmon and then release to the American River for environmental protection issues. You are able to enjoy the on-site trail to view wildlife in nature.

Stone Lake Bird Sanctuary: lies within the Sacramento River Delta, it is a paradise for thousands of migrating birds, such as waterfowl, shorebirds and other water birds. A must see.

Napa valley: considered one of the premier wine regions in the world, where in at least 250 wineries distributed. Each year, millions of visitors come here not only for tasting the top quality Californian wines, but also for appreciating spectacular rustic scenery in this area.                                                             

Day 6: Stanford - Silicon Valley - San Francisco City Tour

In the morning, we will visit the Stanford University. After then, we go inside the San Francisco city via Silicon Valley area. The first stop of SF city tour will be Twin Peaks, where you are able to appreciate a panorama view of this amazing city. Afterwards, you will see the fantastic Palace of fine arts, and the landmark SF-Golden Gate Bridge. At lunch time, we will stop by the famous Fisherman's Wharf - Pier 39, you will have a chance to taste the local delicious seafood and take a boat ride (Optional)around the beautiful SF Bay area and enjoy the scenic views of the SF City Skyline, Golden Gate Bridge, Alcatraz Island and the special pier with hundreds of joyful sea lions. In the afternoon, you can choose to have your free time in the San Francisco, or join our Extensive City Tour (Optional). This in-depth tour of the city will bring travelers to other famous sightseeing points in SF, such as: Cable Car, Lombard Street, City Hall, St. Mary's Cathedral, and Chinatown in San Francisco. After city tour at around 6pm, sent to hotel after the city tour.

Stanford University: Considered as one of the best universities in the world, especially its second largest campus in USA. The primary buildings are embodied with yellow brick and red roofing Spanish colonial style architecture. On the end of its palm trees lined Main Street is the main quad comprising the Memorial Church “the pearl of the crown”, the Dream Corridor, and the landmark of the Stanford – Hoover Tower. It is worth mentioning that more than 50 Stanford alumni have been awarded with Nobel prizes, and so many entrepreneurs or owners of those world class IT giants, such as Google, Yahoo, Cisco, HP all graduated from Stanford.     

San Francisco: This California’s culture capital is located at the tip of the San Francisco Peninsula, therefore three sides surrounded by water. Furthermore, the peninsula was consisted of 43 hills, so the city’s streets and buildings are in concordance with those natural slopes. The most distinguished feature of San Francisco is its perfect weather, as well as its culture tolerance. 

Day 7: Yosemite National Park - California Central Valley - Los Angeles

In the morning, the group will tour the Yosemite national park which is famous for its colossal granite rocks, spectacular waterfalls, and glacier formed U -Shaped valley. You will have a chance to see the Yosemite waterfall, the El Capitan and Tunnel View Point. After the lunch, the group will drive through the richest California Central Valley before back to Los Angeles.

Yosemite waterfall: the second highest waterfall in North America, comprises three sections, all combined together with an amazing drop of 720 meters.

El Capitan: It is the largest integral granite rock in the world, and the ultimate challenge for those rock climbers.

Tunnel View Point: the best spot to appreciate the Glacier formed U-shaped Yosemite Valley. Standing at the rim, you are able to see the Half Dome, which is the icon of California and the well-known sports brand North Face, Bridal Veil Falls, three sentinel rocks and so on.

Usually only passengers in one same order will be arranged in the same tour bus, if you book the tour separately with your friends and your want to sit in the same tour bus, you need to inform us before departure, otherwise you may be arranged in different tour bus.

Within 24 to 48 hours of submitting your reservation, you will receive a confirmation email from us.

An E-ticket will send to you by email as your reservation details that are confirmed. We also will provide you with all detailed information about your tour on the E-Ticket that including confirmation number; name and contact information of Local tour provider for your convenience or re-confirmation purpose if re-confirmation is required.

To your proof of purchase, on the departure day please print your E-Ticket and present it with your valid photo ID.

Need To Book An Airline Ticket?

If you need to book an airline ticket, we highly recommend you do so when you receive confirmation of your tour reservation email or after.

Plan To Leave In Advance During The Trip?

Please note, in order of day to day itinerary is adjustable depending on tour start day. If you plan to leave in advance during the trip, please email / call us prior to departure date to re–confirm or on the departure day, ask your tour guide for the detail arrangement.

Pricing Policy

Buy 2 Get 3^rd Special Price

Within 7 days of departure date there is $100 penalty fees per person. If cancellation falls beyond 7 days of departure date, the $30 Amendment Fee will be applied, per person.

No – Shows on the tour departure date will be assessed a penalty fee (fees are dependent up the tour) per passenger, that will be paid in cash by the other participating travelers of the reservation. This is a mandatory fee to be collected by the tour guide in order to participate on the tour.

So, please think carefully before making your online reservation.

Child Rate

Child rates apply to those 0-12 years and using existing bedding with 2 full-paying passengers (regardless of ages). Please bring car seats with you for your infants during the tour.

Tour Itineraries Amendments

VIPBUSTOUR and Tour Providers constantly strive to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary, we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. Also, Tour Provides will try their best to make sure all the tour arrangements will be the same as planned. However, to ensure safe and secure tours, Tour Providers reserve the right to make amendments including altering, postponing and canceling tours due to weather, transportation, riot and many other uncontrollable reasons under very rare and special circumstances.

Tour Cancellation

Ten days before departure to cancel or rescheduled, we  need to deduct the fee that because of canceled flights and the cost of the hotel. After that, we will refund you a company check.

Before departure in the first three to ten days to cancel or rescheduled, we need to deduct 50% of the tour price and cancellation of flights, hotel expenses arising. After that, we will refund you a company check.

Within three days of departure to cancel or fail to attend, as a waiver, fares paid are not refundable.

Some tours may require a minimum number of people to operate. So Tour Providers reserve the right to cancel or re – schedule any tour departure in accordance with operation requirements or circumstances beyond its control. If cancellation is made any time prior to departure of the tour, the affected customer will be fully refunded to the passenger the amount it has receive for the tour booking or you can select to re – book the same or similar tour product as substitute. Please note that VIPBUSTOUR is not liable for any cancellation penalties incurred on any other travel arrangements including air tickets purchased separately from customers. We are not responsible for any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations. However, please keeping in mind that should this happen, but it would be under very special and rare circumstances because we will try our best to accommodate our customers travel needs.

Travel Insurance for your Travel

VIPBUSTOUR strongly recommends our customers to purchase insurance on medical, trip cancellation and baggage, etc. VIPBUSTOUR does not currently offer any travel arrangements. The tour products lists on VIPBUSTOUR.COM are operated by independent tour providers. We act as agent for providers of tours. Transportation, sightseeing and hotel accommodations. VIPBUSTOUR shall be exempt from any responsibility in the event of an accident resulting in, such as – loss or damage of properties, injury to people, death during trip, delays, irregularities or other occurrences beyond its control. All the settlement will ensue in accordance with rules set by airlines, hotels, buses etc. You agree that VIPBUSTOUR will not be liable for any costs or damages arising out of a dispute or disagreement between you and any participating provider or a third party for anything which is in any way related to this site or the use of information contained in this site and you hereby expressively waive any such claim against VIPBUSTOUR and its owner, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, parents, agents and representatives.

VIPBUSTOUR believe that due to the Cancellation Policy for your tour and the unexpected events that can possibly occur, your party would benefit from purchasing Travel Insurance for your reservation.

Passport and Visas on your Travel

You are responsible for obtaining any travel documents and / or verifying entry requirements necessary for each country of travel and / or transit on your selected tour itinerary. Entry laws differ with respect to traveler’s citizenship. VIPBUSTOUR cannot obtain personal travel documents for customers or assume responsibility for notice of countries current requirements. You are responsible for any expenses incurred as a result of delays or itinerary changes related to your lack of appropriate travel documents. You should strictly abide by the laws and regulations promulgated by the government of the visiting country, including but not limited to immigration and Customs Laws and Regulations. VIPBUSTOUR will not be responsible for any penalties due to your failure to abide by any regulations of the government of the visiting country.

Pricing , Amendment Fee, Cancellation and Refund Policy (For User)

Pricing :

Please be aware all prices are offered in the currency of United States Dollars. Prices may vary due to availability. For example, prices may increase during holidays. All prices are subject to confirmation.

Amendment Fee:

Any changes (example: departure date; pick up/departure location; tour, etc.) need to make after you successfully submit the order online, it will be charge a minimum $30 amendment fee (per change).

The $30 amendment fee also applies to such changes where an additional passenger is added no to an existing reservation. Seats will be confirmed within one to two business days. To cancel a customer from a reservation, the regular Cancellation Policy will apply.

The $30 amendment fee is a minimum tour change fee. If changes are too frequent and urgent, additional fees may apply to alter or change the tour in addition to $30 amendment fee. Paying the $30 amendment fee does not guarantee a change can and will be made.

To cancel a passenger free of charge from a reservation with promotions such as “Buy 2 Get 1 Free or Buy 2 Get 2 Free” within 7 days of departure date, please refer to the “Prices & Available Dates” tab of your product page for penalty fees from Pricing Policy. If cancellation falls beyond 7 days of departure date, a $30 amendment fee will be applied (Per Person).

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

All hotels and tour schedules are arranged ahead of time. So, NO REFUND for any person failing to appear on the day of departure.

No refund shall be given for any portions of the tour unused by the customer after departure of the tour regardless of any possible reasons.

Airfare is completely non-refundable and non-changeable for tours when airfare is inclusive.

Hotel extensions and Instant Confirmation products cannot be exchanged or refunded once it is confirmed.

We do not accept changing tour departure date if departing within 7 days.

All cancellations much be made directly with VIPBUSTOUR, not with providers.

Refund Method: all the refund will refund to your credit card or PayPal account. It usually takes 14 to 31 business days.

Buy 2 Get 1 Free or Buy 2 Get 2 Free

Offers are provided a confirmed only on an availability basis. Once confirmed, the reservation cannot be changed or removed without a Cancellation Fee. If cancellation of the free passenger is made at least 7 days before tour departure date that will be subject amendment fee $30.

Cancellation within 7 days of tour departure date are subject to the “Pricing , Amendment Fee, Cancellation and Refund Policy (For User)”

Airport Transfers / Flight Information on you Tour

After you receive tour booking confirmation, your flight information must be provided in order for the airport transfer services to be arranged. * For the late provided flight information is at least 7 days before tour departure.

At our discretion, if flight information is not provided last minute, your reservation will be noted as a self transfer and no airport transfer services will be arranged. If you decide to self transfer to the tours’ first night’s hotel, please inform us at your earliest convenience. Urgent requests to reinstate airport transfer services will not be guaranteed. If a flight is delayed, VIPBUSTOUR / Local Tour Provider will attempt to arrange a later airport transfer service, however, this later service is not guaranteed. If an airport transfer service is not available and cannot be provided, all guests are responsible for self transferring to the tour’s first night’s hotel.

Airport Greet:

For The Domestic Flight Arrivals Traveler:

The tour guide will be holding a sign with your name at the baggage claim area. (Please go to the designated baggage claim area of the airline, even you don’t have any baggage. Please DO NOT go to any other baggage claim area)

For The International Flight Arrivals Traveler:

The tour guide will be holding a sign with your name at the customs exit. (Please walking out of the customs, because the tour guide CAN NOT walk into the international customs' baggage claim area)

Medical Conditions, pregnancy and Travel

If you have a medical condition or if you are pregnant and considering travel, you must consult with your doctor before you travel, especially if medical condition requires daily routine care, urgent care or your pregnancy is high – risk. You are responsible for disclosing any related information to us during the check – out process by adding special comments. You understand VIPBUSTOUR or Local Tour Provider is not in a position to provide any medical services or urgent care in the event such an action may be required. You are liable for any risks, incidences or consequences incurred during travel. We highly recommend that you purchase medical insurance and travel insurance before you travel

Disabilities and Travel

We embrace all people, regardless of colors or physical conditions. One of our goals is to provide free access and expand travel opportunities for people with special needs in the United States / Canada and abroad. We are exploring more travel products to accommodate this special population, however, not all the travel products we currently offer include special accommodations yet. So, you are responsible to verify with us before you book a tour to ensure that special arrangement can be made if it is required for your needs.

VIPBUSTOUR or Local Tour Provider is not liable for any incidences or consequences incurred during travel or complaints or lawsuits during or after travel due to your failure to inform us of your special needs. You also have the responsibility to re – confirm with us, after we reserve seats for you, that special accommodation will be provided per your request or not.
